Bidz.com is definitely not a scam. It is a legitimate business that is publicly traded on NASDAQ, as you can see via their ticker symbol: BIDZ. Publicly traded companies are under much tighter quality standards requirements, so you can rest assured that you will not be ripped off.
However, Bidz has gotten some negative reviews online lately from users that felt their customer support center could have been more helpful.
